Payment Policy
Auction winners must contact The Best, Ltd within 3 days, and we must receive payment by the terms of the auction within 10 days of the auction close. Any transaction that does not meet these requirements is subject to substitution or cancellation.
All Paypal payments must have a valid shipping address as the Confirmed address, any invalid payments will be refunded and may be subject to a processing fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.
The minimum amount due on any unpaid auctions will be the 15% refund/restocking fee as outlined in our Return Policy.
Shipping Policy
The Best, Ltd is an Internet only company, will call is not available. In some circumstances we will allow pick-up, but this must be arranged before bidding.
Domestic packages ship UPS or USPS, if available, tracking # for all packages shipped from our facility will be supplied through eBay. Rush shipping service is available, contact us for rates.
The Best, Ltd will not ship packages COD, payment must be received and cleared before any item is shipped, sorry no exceptions.
Items must be shipped to the Paypal Confirmed address, sorry no exceptions. Per eBay Policy, all Paypal paid shipments valued at $250 or more will be shipped with the "Signature Required" service added at no charge.
Shipping rate is calculated by eBay using the appropriate shipper's published rates. USPS rates are for domestic shipping only, UPS rates are for the lower 48 only. Please contact us for shipping rates outside these areas, including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, any other U.S. Possessions, and all international addresses including Canada. If auction states Free Shipping, it does not include these destinations, regardless of what eBay may show. So please contact us before bidding.
All shipments will be processed within 1 business days of payment whenever possible, if stock issues cause a delay the customer will be notified and alternate shipment will be arranged.
If delivery cannot be completed to the address provided the customer is responsible for any charges incurred by return or re-delivery. The Best, Ltd reserves the right to refuse any re-delivery attempts at their discretion. The item will be considered a returned item and a refund, if any, will be issued as outlined in our Return Policy.
Although The Best, Ltd is not responsible for items delayed, lost or damaged by shipping companies, we will make all efforts to assist you with your claim (excluding incidents of inclement weather or natural disaster). All insurance investigations must be completed before any repairs are made, or any replacement or refund is sent. All damaged items must be returned for inspection with the exact same original packaging. As a courtesy, The Best, Ltd will file and pursue your claim, but we will not be held responsible for any delays or denied claims.
International Information

Shipping rate is for lower 48 only, please contact us for shipping rates to all international addresses including Canada. All international packages will be declared as merchandise at the purchase value. Please be aware you are responsible for all taxes and brokerage fees! All international packages will ship fully insured, NO EXCEPTIONS! If auction states Free Shipping, it does not include destinations outside the lower 48, regardless of what eBay may show. So please contact us before bidding.
Return Policy

We MUST be contacted with specific claim information before feedback is posted! Item can be exchanged, within 14 days, if defective or not as described, full refund of purchase price if exchange is not available.
If due to seller error:
The Best, Ltd. will issue return label, or reimburse return shipping expenses on returns completed per this policy. Return shipping cost is not to exceed original shipping cost.
If due to any other reason:
Purchase amount less 15% refund/restocking fee refunded for any other reason. If original shipping was free the shipping cost will also be deducted from refund.
The returned item may need to be inspected before fault is determined. Returned item must be received before a replacement can be shipped or a refund issued. Authentication
If you are buying an autographed item, unless otherwise stated, The Best, Ltd carries autographs with witnessed authentication from the most reputable, nationally known companies. Therefore we offer a full guarantee on all authenticated autographs sold for a period of 30 days. If the autograph is judged a forgery by a nationally known authentication company we will issue a full refund as outlined in our Refund Policy. All original holograms, COAs and signing photos must accompany the item in question. Please be aware that The Best, Ltd cannot be responsible for the maintenance or accuracy of any other company's authentication system or database!
All autographs that carry MRAK Sports Authentication carry the same guarantee for the life of the item! If any errors exist with our system or database please contact us for an immediate resolution.
Disputes and Feedback

In order to provide us with an opportunity to resolve any outstanding concerns to your complete satisfaction, please contact us before posting any negative or neutral feedback. If negative or neutral feedback is posted before contacting us the erroneous feedback issue must be resolved before any further action is taken.
